Description

This processing plant seeds for seed processing koiksa (busennika). The performance of this line is 30 tons / day (millet performance 1 day - 8 hours). Quality Requirements: number of damaged grains of less than 10%.



Composition of seed processing plant

Shelling machine, sieve-air grain cleaning machine with pneumatic table 5XFZ-15 grader 5XFJ-20Y, a sieve-air grain cleaning machine 5XF-20, the elevator DTY-10M, a screw conveyor 700, for storage of raw materials hopper (silo), bag dust collector, accessories (including the electronic control system, blast pipe, a conduit for transporting the material, etc.).



Workflow seed processing plant

1. Elevator # 1 divides the material into two parts via a pipeline for the transportation of material with a T-shaped branching. The material is then fed into a silo, where it is divided into four four pipelines shelling machines which operate simultaneously.

2. Recycled material comes from shelling machines to sieve-air cleaning machines Series 20 (grain cleaning machine consists of 4 air-mesh filter) that removes dust, husk and other impurities.
3. Sorted dust, husks and impurities come out of the sieve in the air cleaner dust collector dust collector 1 # and 2 #. The output of the air flow from the fan precipitators # 1 and # 2 enters the dust collector bag # 1 and # 2 bag dust collector, respectively. Then the husk is removed from the discharge device 9L (under dust collectors # 1 and # 2), and the dust - out of bag dust collectors # 1 and # 2.
4. After sifting in a sieve-air purifying machine Series 20, the material enters the sorting machines 20Y. 20Y screening box sorting machine consists of 5 levels. The sieve frame is mounted on the third level (oversize product - a mixture of grain from the husk). The first and fifth levels represent the outlet (hole size can be increased to prevent the blocking of the passage) and the inlet opening for grain silo, respectively. Processed grains from the second and fourth levels via elevator # 3 falls into a silo.
5. The mixture of grain husks 20Y sorting in the sorting machine enters pnevmostol series 15 via # 2 elevator. Husks and dust after sifting get into the dust collector # 3. The output of the air flow from the fan dust collector # 3 enters the dust collector bag # 3. Then the husk is removed from the discharge device 9L (located under the dust collector # 3), and the dust - the dust collector bag of # 3.
6. Elevator # 2 delivers the grain in the sorting pnevmostol Series 15, sorted damaged grains come in a collector for waste collection. Whole grains come from sorting equipment pnevmostola Series 15 using the elevator to the elevator # 4 3 #, and then the silo. The grains of sorting equipment pnevmostola Series 15 are a finished product.
